Our authentication services provide a professional opinion based on the images you submit. We use a 5-point verification system to evaluate items. You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity via email within 72 hours of photo submission, whether the item passes or fails.

Please note:

• Our      certificates reflect our professional opinion and do not represent      endorsement by the original brand.
• No      refunds are issued for authentication services once photos have been      reviewed and a certificate has been issued.

4. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are available in various denominations and are delivered via email. Gift cards:

• Are      non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Must      be redeemed through our website
• Do      not expire
